In celebration of the International Women’s Day, LSKD’s Women’s Initiative partnered with the Susan G. Komen organization to help women re-entering the workforce after treatment. They collected new items such as stationary, notebooks, calendars, pens, portfolios and other supplies as well as monetary donations that they used to purchase additional items. Altogether they will donate over 100 items to women who have gone through treatment for breast cancer and are now re-entering the workplace.
